I’m taking lessons from automobiles these days. It’s true! I was sitting in the car this morning at the gas station when it occurred to me how much the car and I have in common. It had done its job of getting me from point A to point B all week and now it was at it’s stopping point – Much like I had ran myself raggedy taking care of tasks throughout the week and was now drained. No person in their right mind leaves their car on the side of the road when the gauge is on E, so even if you are completely drained, the only reason to stop should be to refuel. What gets you moving when you’re ready to give up? Select your fuel wisely! Just like the petroleum we put in our cars, nothing lasts forever – so don’t be discouraged when you find yourself “on empty.”
